Dr Mohamed's Approach
Mohamed Mahrous is a passionate, caring medical practitioner. He has a particular interest in digestive health and brings many years of experience in this field. He offers colon hydrotherapy and gets great pleasure from seeing his patients’ digestive health improve and, along with that, their overall health and wellness.

Mohamed Mahrous graduated in 1997 as an International Medical Graduate (IMG) from the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University, Egypt.
After finishing his internship at Cairo University Hospital, he completed a 3-year residency in the Internal Medicine Department and ICU at the Ministry of Health Hospital in Egypt
He then moved to Saudi Arabia to work as a physician and clinical lecturer at the Medical school.
He has also spent time medical training in the UK. In 2012 he became a member of the British Herbal Medicine Association and in 2015 a Fellow of the UK Royal Society of Medicine.
Since immigrating to Canada with his family in 2014 Mohamed Mahrous has worked as a Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED/BLS instructor and as a Medical Writer. His many articles are on the subjects of Gastroenterology and Cardiology.
In 2018 he became Board Certified as Holistic Health Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Most recently, Mohamed has achieved Certification as a Colon Hydrotherapist from the Canadian School of Colon Hydrotherapy, and as a Certified Cupping Therapist.
Mohamed Mahrous Outside of work
When not at work Mohamed enjoys spending time playing with his three children and sharing their interests. He also likes to get outdoors and is a fan of bicycling and walking.
