Emily Stott is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who is passionate about natural health, food and mindful living. She works closely with clients to create a unique plan based on their biochemical individuality; helping people with a variety of conditions and throughout the many stages of life.

Education and Experience
Emily Stott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative writing and English Literature from Concordia University. She also studied Holistic Nutrition, graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2011.
She became a Certified Doula (Birthing Assistant) through the HALO Organization in 2015.
She has worked in a variety of settings from Birth Centres to Clinical offices, gaining diverse experience and lessons along the way. She continues to learn and hopes to be adding a prenatal yoga certification to her resume this year.
Emily Stott Outside of work
Emily spends her free time with her two splendid children and dog. They spend an immense amount of time outdoors; camping, canoeing, hiking, biking, swimming, playing and blowing bubbles along the way.
She enjoys yoga, travelling, dance, swimming, music and literature along with a deep passion for the growing, cooking, eating and studying the medicinal properties of food and herbs.
She is a lover of the pregnant woman, attending a steady handful of births as a doula.
