Education and experience
Christine had always been an active and ambitious child.
As a competitive dancer and honor roll student, she had very little time or paid little attention to her body’s needs until symptoms arose that she could not ignore.
Brain fog, chronic pain, insomnia, sinus problems, chronic infections, rashes, itching, IBS, tinnitus, clinical depression, chronic fatigue and eating disorders all played a part in changing the trajectory of her life and education completely.
After seeking answers from multiple medical doctors, with clinical testing to no avail and with no desire to go on anti-depressants for life, she met clinic co-founders Sue Taylor and Dominick Hussey, who sparked her interest in Applied Kinesiology, and its potential to finding her answers and healing her root issues.
To repair her relationship with food Christine took it upon herself to learn as much as she could about nutrition, reading as many books as she could get her hands on, keeping up to date on current food trends and research. She enrolled in the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and graduated in 2010.
Following this, in 2011, while living in New York, Christine took courses in Energy Kinesiology from the International College of Healing Arts under the instruction of Ken Campbell (NP) She learned the skills of manual muscle testing and associated healing modalities.
With a desire to have a more in depth understanding of the meridian systems and acupuncture points incorporated into Energy Kinesiology protocols, Christine attended The International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine's Acupuncture Practitioner program.
Having graduated in 2019 she now incorporates her extended knowledge of acupuncture points, TCM Diagnosis, Emotions and 5 Element theory into her allergy treatments to aid the body in its recovery.
