Food sensitivities are on the rise in Canada and most worryingly among children. The most common food sensitivities are to wheat, dairy, corn, eggs and soy. If you were to ask yourself what symptoms you would expect to see from a food sensitivity, you would probably say digestive. Beware, this is not always the case.
In this talk, Dominick Hussey, Functional Medicine and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner talks about the hidden symptoms of food sensitivities in children, what causes them and how best to identify them.
