Diana Truesdell, Registered Massage Therapist, understands the importance of decreasing stress to facilitate healing.
Her treatment focus is on releasing fascia to improve range of motion and increase strength, as well as promoting a sense of relaxation. Her 12 years of experience as an RMT have given her many tools on which to draw during her treatments.
Her first taste of bodywork came from learning Shiatsu and discovering meridians and the healing that can be accomplished.
In 2004, she graduated from the Kine-Concept Massage Therapy School. She later went on to become a Yoga teacher and uses the knowledge to instruct clients with the various postures associated with Hatha yoga.
Her most recent education is in Craniosacral Therapy, which has increased her awareness and understanding of the importance of fascial release to heal the mind and body.
For her, working with her hands and helping people is why she chose massage therapy as a career.
Outside of work
Diana can be found keeping up with her twin boys who keep her busy!
A regular meditation practice, along with yoga, helps keep her focused and positive about life.
She loves travelling and finding different corners of the world to explore.
