This event is a FREE introductory class into meditation.
Learn meditations to develop a calm, peaceful mind and explore personal healing. A variety of meditations is taught giving the beginner the opportunity to choose a meditation best suited to their personal strengths. Both sitting and walking meditations are explored aa well as creative visualisations.
The instructor, Abrah Arneson, has practised meditation for over 30 years.
