Jaya Hollohan (from Energy Thrive) will be sharing some profound tools and exercises for increased health and wellness, drawn primarily from her practices of BodyTalk Energy Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Eastern spirituality, and her book, Who We Are When We Thrive. She will touch on the following topics, which will be expanded upon during a one-day workshop that will take place on Sunday, February 11th:
• How to use the basic principles of energy therapy, and various techniques, to give yourself a healing session.
• How to shift and integrate outdated mental, emotional stories and patterns and their effects on overall health.
• How to begin to respond to stress instead of reacting by learning to ground and regulate your nervous system.
• How to connect with your essence, what drives you and how to use these to anchor greater well-being and joy in your life.
